Established in 2006 in Pleasanton, California, HR AnswerLink specialized in providing outsourced HR compliance, content, and technology solutions.
With strong partnerships in the HR industry, the company extended its services to Human Capital Management (HCMs), Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs), and collaborated with reputable Payroll Service Providers like Heartland, Paycor, and Paylocity.
In 2015, I joined HR AnswerLink as the first professional designer, collaborating with our creative director to invigorate the established brand. Our partnership sparked a dynamic exchange of ideas, propelling the brand into a new era of innovation. Alongside my responsibilities, I helped develop the brand "Mammoth" to expand our services in a business-to-business (B2B) capacity, catering to a wider range of clients and attracting the best talent.
My role included creating marketing collateral, designing emails for partner and client communications, developing creative content for digital ads and social media, managing trade show displays, and front-end website design.
HR AnswerLink has played a pivotal role in our brand journey, driven by creative collaboration and excitement.

Working closely with our creative director, HR content specialists, and our revenue team; I collaborated to develop a comprehensive product catalog that effectively highlighted our innovative webinar product, Insight. The catalog, meticulously crafted for seamless integration across digital and print platforms, was strategically tailored to elevate the visibility and drive sales of Insight webinar content among our valued partners and clients.

These displays skillfully integrated elements of our Mammoth brand refresh'; effectively communicating to our partners the unified entity of Mammoth and HR AnswerLink through visual means.

Trade show collateral, and displays
Annually, numerous payroll providers gather at IPPA's (Independent Payroll Providers Association) summits. This event held significant importance for HR AnswerLink. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, I created eye-catching display graphics, impactful marketing materials, and even designed a branded Nike sneaker to enhance the "#greatHR" campaign and introduce the new "Videocast" product.
